We are a diverse a cappella choir located in the heart of London. We sing in the treble range, primarily in the barbershop style, are inclusive and welcome people of all marginalised genders.
We are dedicated to the pursuit of musical excellence with a focus on both education and entertainment. Our mission is to bring great barbershop and a cappella singing to more people in our local community and beyond!
Founded in 2007, the chorus has gone from strength to strength, earning numerous accolades and pushing artistic boundaries along the way. Notable barbershop achievements include winning Gold internationally in 2017 and securing Small Chorus Gold at the Sweet Adelines Region 31 Convention in 2018.
In 2023, we placed 5th at our debut LABBS convention, showcasing the unique personality of the chorus. The following year we built on our previous success by winning Bronze and being awarded the Best Mid-Sized Chorus and Most Entertaining Chorus trophies.
Beyond competitions, we host our own popular Summer and Winter concerts and are available for bookings throughout the year. We also welcome opportunities to collaborate with other choirs or music ensembles for public performances.
Looking ahead, we are honoured to represent LABBS at the Barbershop Harmony Society International Convention in St. Louis in 2026.

We rehearsals every Tuesday 6.30 to 9.00pm throughout the year, centrally in London south of Tower Bridge at Magdalen Hall, Purbrook Street, SE1 3DQ
